Peyote Coyote Return + Exchange Policy

Items purchased from Peyote Coyote (both online and in-person) can be exchanged for store credit only within 21 days of the original purchase date. Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original, new condition. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

**All custom orders are final sale. Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Standard repairs on all purchased jewelry (including custom items) are complimentary 90 days from the original purchase date. Please note, complimentary repairs excludes any and all damages caused by aggressive wear, abuse and/or misuse of pieces. All repairs are subject to additional material costs, repair and shipping fees.

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of domestic (US) custom orders. International orders may require additional flexibility and turnaround time for delivery. Expedited options for both are available to select and purchase at checkout.

**Complimentary shipping is included with all domestic (US) orders of $100+ via standard USPS shipping. Orders outside of the US are shipped via standard, flat rate international shipping (+$15), unless otherwise requested. These options include a tracking number to follow along with your order. They do not include any insurance or signature confirmation. 

Peyote Coyote is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit with third-party delivery services. Insurance and signature confirmation options are available for you to purchase at check out on both domestic and international orders (this is highly recommended).
